How does our fixed-rate electricity offer work ?
To benefit from a fixed electricity price, it’s very simple :
- You can subscribe to the fix naturstroum offer online via the client portal, or via the mobile application MyEnovos. You can contact the serviceline within the app, or at 8006-6000 if any questions.
- If you meet our eligibility criteria (you have a low-voltage supply and are not yet subscribed to a fixed-rate product), you will receive your digital contract with an electronic signature via DocuSign.
- At the end of your contract, you will automatically be switched to our standard naturstroum home product, or you can subscribe to a fixed-rate product depending on availability.
