We are the only energy provider in Luxembourg to put our climate-neutral natural gas through its paces by an independent institute every year. The CO₂-compensation certificates for our climate-neutral natural gas originate among others from climate protection projects in countries that are cooperation partners of Luxembourg’s development aid and other developing countries. Those include among others Nicaragua and Senegal. We support projects by means of selected emission permits, which conform to gold standard and VCS-VER criteria (among others).
